Join us for a six-month adventure, exploring creativity through the world of Dungeons and Dragons. This course offers a unique opportunity to learn how to play D&D, develop your character, and unleash your imagination.

Allowing ourselves time to engage in creative activities and taking pleasure in noticing, shaping, listening and making can encourage mindfulness, relaxation and improved mood. It can also help to increase concentration and confidence and reduce stress and anxiety.
