Plan Your Visit
We want your visit to The Amelia Scott to be as smooth and enjoyable as possible — especially if you're bringing little ones along! Here's everything you need to know:

Toilets & Baby Changing

Baby changing facilities are available in the toilets on both the ground floor and first floor. There is also an accessible toilet on every floor.

Breastfeeding

Breastfeeding is welcome anywhere in the building. Prefer a quieter spot? Just ask a member of staff — we’ll be happy to guide you to a peaceful space.

Buggy Parking

We’ve got the biggest buggy park you’ve ever seen on the ground floor! Just a heads-up: items are left at your own risk.

Need a Quiet Space?

Weekday mornings (right after opening) are usually the calmest times to visit.

Baby Rhyme Time happens Tuesdays at 10am & 11am and Thursdays at 10am outside the Children’s Library — these sessions are fun but can be lively! The café tends to be busiest and noisiest around lunchtime.

For a quieter atmosphere, head upstairs to the library and galleries on the first floor.
