Join architect and arts facilitator Martin Glover for a British Sign Language (BSL) deaf-led tour of our latest exhibition, Commons, a film by David Blandy.

The tour begins in the Origins of Collecting gallery, where Martin will delve into intriguing displays of early taxidermy, fossils, and minerals that sparked the inspiration behind Blandy's work.
The tour will then move into the temporary exhibition space for a guided viewing of Commons, which features a 15-minute film playing on a continuous loop with subtitles. This thought-provoking work blends archival footage, local history, natural landscapes, and storytelling, inviting us to reflect on the ancient woodlands and shared spaces of Tunbridge Wells Commons. After the tour, attendees are invited to join Martin for a social gathering at Fine Grind Café at The Amelia. Weather permitting, Martin will also lead an informal walk around Tunbridge Wells Common, likely starting at 1.00 pm.
This tour is for d/Deaf and hard-of-hearing visitors who are BSL users, and will be delivered in BSL only.
