Les Caves de Pyrene - Les Caves de Pyrene is an importer, agent, distributor and retailer of wines from around the world. We believe in promoting 'natural' wines: those that are expressive of their homeland; wines made by hand with minimal chemical intervention; and where the winemaking shows maximum respect for the environment.

We believe in the importance of 'terroir', indigenous grapes, diversity and organic viticulture. Above all, wines of character. We champion small, independent winemakers, the hardy souls who put their love and life's work into the bottle to deliver a unique and inspiring product.

Ellen Doggett - Ellen likes to joke that she went to uni, discovered she liked drinking and then turned that into her career. After many years as a Sommelier in top UK restaurants and wine bars, she now juggles her time between The Sourcing Table wine shop and hosting fun wine tastings across London. Ellen's work in wine has most recently led her to win a coveted spot in Harper's 30 under 30 list, and she's also a nominee for the IWSC's prestigious 2023 'Emerging Talent' award. Natural wine is one of her specialities, and (hopefully) there's no natty wine question she can't help answer!
