Book Will Devlin - Farm to Fork Eating
Sat 11 May, 1.15pm
Will Devlin is chef owner of Acre, a family of restaurants in Kent and Sussex including The Small Holding and Birchwood. He runs the business with his brother, Matt Devlin, who is Head of Operations.
The Small Holding was one of the first seven restaurants in the country to be awarded a Michelin Green Star for sustainable gastronomy, which it has retained for the last three years. The 36-cover restaurant is set in one acre of land, permitting a unique connection between farm and table. Growing, foraging, and cooking the best ingredients is at the core of The Small Holding, with daily changing menus, using home-reared and home-grown ingredients from the farm, which is less than 10ft from the kitchen.
The Tunbridge Wells Literary Festival is generously supported by Arts Council England (ACE), Royal Tunbridge Wells Together, Maxipay Accounting Services, and Berry and Lamberts Solicitors.
